JENZGEMS, September 1, 2008:
Hi 503karenj,
Your opinion/comment is much appreciated. I am not an expert on botswana agate - these beads were purchased in a bulk parcel with other agate, carnelian and other natural gemstones and were labeled as such and I have followed suite and listed here as the same, assuming they were correctly labeled - I guess one should never assume. Now that you have pointed this out it is possible that they may not be botswana agate or at least mixed with glass beads as some do seem to have some natural inclusions. I will definitely forward your opinion to the highest bidder and allow them to decide if they are paying too much for such beads.
Thank you for taking the time to advise.
Regards,
Jen

Hello Jenny, thank you very much for answering, As my counterparty I had to ask you, for I wasn't used to such delais. Correctly suggested it must have been the customs department. There are several stamps on that letter, which make me believe someone there slept on it. This person must have been the reason for that dalay. By the way the strand is here, everybody's glad, even though someone claimed it were no achat, we chose this item for its look and not for its name nor price. If it were sapphires, rubies or even diamonds we might have felt this from the payment.
Have a nice day,regards
Peter
JENZGEMS, October 5, 2008:
Hi Peter,
I am glad to know you have received the beads, finally. Yes, i too cannot see any logical reason that items should take so long, I guess it is no surprise that everyone refers to it as snail mail. There is EMS and items arrive within 5 days however, @ $58 it is way too expensive for lower valued items. Thank you for being understanding and for your business, it is greatly appreciated. Aslo, I am happy to know you like your beads, Enjoy!
Best Regards,
Jenny
