1.Assuming an item is sold at USD$35. So the total will be USD$35 + USD$3.50 (GST) + USD$3.00 (shipping) = USD$41.50? Is this correct?
2.Also, besides paypal, can american express be used to pay as well. Is this up to the individual seller?
3.Do you combine purchases for one shipment? Do you issue an invoice at the end of a sale or win?
Please understand my predicament. I must do the right thing so as to avoid feeling that I've been misled.
