THE GLASS MELTED TO 3 FEET THICK
THIS BALL WAS CARVED 3/12 INCHES DIAMETER OR 90 CM
IT IS INTERETING HOW SPORES GREW IN TO THE GLASS
VERY SPECIAL GLASS!
WEIGHS ONE KILO
IT IS HARD TO SEE BUT THE SPORES ARE 3 DIMENSIAONAL AND LARGE .OVER INCH IN SIZE ON AVERAGE

Hi Jim i found it at the Tuscon gem show about 10 years ago.
it was from glass factory that burnt down and spores grew up in the glass

Thanks, Travelman, I guess I have one of those, and did not ever know how it was made, or anything, everyone that sees it loves it, and always starts a conversation, and I say, got it years ago, only one at the old guys' little place, so he must have gotten it somewhere, and now you have this one up, I know they are RARE so the price is reasonable, and people should realize how cool this is, yours has more spore thingys than mine, but very similar...exact color..I certainly appreciate your info and I will keep an eye on your items, as you do have some neat stuff.
