You MUST message me and request an invoice to receive promotional shipping deal, as it will not allow me to automatically have it set that way. Items may only be combined within a 7 day period which will start from the day of the first closed auction.

We will not be responsible for lost or broken items in mail if not insured. Please make sure to insure your items!

All items are guarentee'd to be as described or you can return it within 7 days for a credit towards your next purchase with Tanacy Gems.

Shipping fee's to/from are at the expense of the buyer.

You must contact me via email or a message through the website in order to return an item. Credit may be used on Gem Rock Auctions or Opal Auctions sites.

All Items must be paid for within 7 days. Only two Paypal money requests will be made prior to cancelling the item and relisting it. All non paying customers will be reported to the site administrators who cancel accounts for non payment. If you need extra time to pay please simply message us and let us know.
