Shipping fee's to/from are at the expense of the buyer.  You must contact me via email or a message through the website in order to return an item. Credit may be used on Gem Rock Auctions or Opal Auctions sites.  All Items must be paid for within 7 days.  Only two Paypal money requests will be made prior to cancelling the item and relisting it.  All non paying customers will be reported to the site administrators who cancel accounts for non payment.  If you need extra time to pay please simply message us and let us know.  We realize stuff happens sometimes and extentions are needed.
