Jewelry Grade: yes - I really adore Lapis Lazuli and the Pyrite of this piece is very beautiful -
on the face of the gem to one side is a line marking it and for this reason I would not set this gem face up but interestingly the back (the flat) is so beautiful, I would definitely set it this way (pictured in the big picture at the top). I have also seen in the past, silver or gold silhouettes over the blue (with the blue showing through) using the flat of the gem - would look a million dollars!
