THIS METEORITE WAS FOUND IN PILBARA REGION IN 1960

TOP END OF WEST AUSTRALIA.

SIZE METEORITE 15X8X5 MM

THE FORMER OWNER HAD THESE STORED IN PERTH ALONG WITH FOSSILS HE HAD IMPORTED FROM CHINA

A FEW 20 FOOT CONTAINER LOADS OF FOSSILS.

BUT THES WERE SEIZED BY THE FEDERAL POLICE AS ILLEGAL IMPORTS AS CHINESE SAID DOCUMENTATION WAS WRONG AND GOODS WERE RETURNED TO CHINA..

SO BE CAREFUL IN BUYING EXPENSIVE CHINESE FOSILS..
