IRONSTONE LANDSCAPE PICTURE

We have selected this slab of boulder ironstone as it has a attractive landscape picture in it.The are veins of precious opal in this specimen.This may be kept as a specimen or made in to a stunnimg pendant.The sandy spots are hard to get a polish on.A trick they use in asia is to heat the rough and apply super glue to it and then start polishing on the 600 grit wheel.Another option is to use liquid glass to finish them.
