Spirit is a unusual variety of quartz that forms multiple terminated points from a main crystal body.The numerous tiny points covering the specimen give it a beautiful shimmering glow.
Spirit quartz is only found in south africa and it is unique in its colourful drusy covering.
It occurs in amethyst [as offered here.] as well as citrine and white quartz.
