BLUE TOPAZ
This is a parcel of topaz slices we did when we cut some larger stones which are listed at seda gems.

Weight of parcel 67.70 CTS APP
Size of largest stone 19 x 3 x 6 MM APP.
Treatments-When heated, yellow topaz often becomes reddish-pink. Only stones of a brown-yellow color yield the pink; the pale yellow ones usually turn white. The pink color is stable. Topaz can also be irradiated, turning the stone blue, ranging from a light pure color to very dark almost electric blue
