We take great care to inspect and accurately represent all items placed for sale.  Syncity makes use of the following instrumentation to insure the accuracy of descriptions and the authenticity of items.  Polariscope, Refractometer, Chelsea Filter, 10/20/30/40/60 Gemscope Digital Calipers, Calcite Dichroscope, High Density Digital Photography, Assorted other equipment.  It is normal for items to be professionally cleaned, polished and buffed when needed, to insure that you receive lovely items.

Synthcity provides elegant jewelry where the Purchaser wants genuine, valuable, authentic articles that enhance the appearance of the wearer and bring long - term enjoyment.

Nothing is more disappointing than to get something that is not accurately represented.  All photos are of the actual items. Any details that we become aware of that effect the quality, durability or value of the articles are clearly stated.

Shipping is $6 for all items.  Syncity reserves the right to combine purchases into one assignment for convenience and simplicity.  All shipments include descriptive information.

Should you ever be disappointed with an item purchased from Synthcity, you have a 10 day period to provide notification. Should you elect to submit stones/items for independent certification this period can be extended for an additional 45 days provided that you notify us of intent to certify within the initial 10 days period.

Syncity will make every effort to bring a wide variety of fun, unusual and valuable items to market.  Some quick tips: Plated metal objects typically don't stand up well to wear and tear.  Their value tends to be substantially below the value of pure metals.  As a result, Syncity does not provide these articles.  Current technology can provide gems that are chemically, and visually identical to the "Real McCoy".   These items can be as durable and beautiful as the natural stones.  From time to time Syncity may provide this type of gem with the appropriate disclosures.  The reason is that they can be stunningly beautiful, very durable and delightfully affordable, and can make valued heirlooms. 

Syncity may, from time to time, may offer opportunities for our Customers to make bulk purchases of high quality synthetic stones.  The reason: they can be pretty,  easy to work with, and the Auctions tend to be a lot of fun.
