We will not be responsible for lost or broken items in mail if not insured. Please make sure to insure your items! Some items may have a higher shipping rate. (example: heavy high carat weight rough parcels) All items are guarentee'd to be as described or you can return it within 7 days for a credit towards your next purchase with Tanacy Gems. Shipping fee's to/from are at the expense of the buyer. You must contact me via email or a message through the website in order to return an item. Credit may be used on Gem Rock Auctions or Opal Auctions sites. All Items must be paid for within 7 days. Only two Paypal money requests will be made prior to cancelling the item and relisting it.
