Comment:	This Parcel is perfect for individual resale, setting or investment. The gems have a slight variation of tone within them - going from bright gold to pale gold.
Treatments: none* *However, most gemologists confer that it is safer and more honest to presume that a gem these days has been treated in some way, rather to say that it has not. This could mean anything from oil to radiation - and given that even some of these practices occur even in the rough at the mine, it really is probably better to assume some kind of enhancement could have taken place. Having said that, I have some stock that, because of its species, is never enhanced or treated - and so typically with those gems it would be a fairly safe to say otherwise. However, for the purpose of propriety I have to say 'treated' unless proven.

Australia-wide -
$6 for Registered/Insured Mail

World-wide -
Airmail Delivery $6 which does not include insurance or tracking.
Airmail with Insurance: $9 Airmail with Tracking/Insurance: $14

Australia-wide Payments that are accepted (gratefully) are:

Paypal, Paymate, Bank Deposit, Cheque or Money Order

International Payments are to be Paypal or Paymate only please.

All parcels will be dispatched within 3 working days after the receipt or clearance of a payment.

When can I expect my parcel to arrive?

For Australian residents: 3-6 days from payment receipt - but please allow the three day dispatch period also.
For Overseas residents: Airmail world wide varies (as do Customs times) however usually delivery is
within 8-14 days sending - but please allow the three day dispatch period as well.

Computers and human error do occur from time to time - but we will do our very best to attend to a matter if we are told there is a problem.

Can I return my item for any reason?
Yes, in the unlikely event that you wish to return your item you have 14 days to notify us.

We do not receive returns after that period expires.

All returns are subject to inspection that we can ensure that they are in the same condition as originally dispatched.
