THis is the 8th + e-mail I have sent to you. Please read the others and allow me to make reparations to you by purchasing the lots I won ASAP.
I lost my computer and my passwords and addresses which included this site and my e-mail password. I was unable to get to anything and put my laptop in the shop, it was gone last week during our Thanksgiving holiday week, and it was just returned last night. I am now trying to purchase the items I bid on, I was able to purchase 3 other lots - but you cancelled the payment request so quickly, I am unable to make the purchase.
Please, this was all a very big mess and you were effected as much as I was. I do not want to lose my chance to shop at this site b/c of a problem I was unable to fix myself with the computer. I purchased another and have synched all of my keychains, and sited now so this will never occur again.
Please, allow me to purchase these lots and this will never happen again. I look forward to doing business again in the future, I love the look of your sapphires from the photos and cannot wait to see them under a light.
