It's the 1st of August and I have still not recieved the gem. It has been nearly 2 weeks since you advised that the gem was sent a week earlier. I have recieved many gems from the USA and all have been recieved within 4-5 days. Was the item sent registered? please advise asap.

I apologize for the delay, still trying to fix all the little querks in shipping. The items are cut and loaded in India. As we have a factory here. Items are then shipped to our USA office for dispatch. Still trying to make the shipping process as fast as possible. A appreciate all your patience. I have been very patient in waiting a month since I paid. If the stone is not recieved by me within 7 days from today I will lodge an item not recieved as your previous emails say the item has been sent but the latest email states there are shipping quirks. I appreciate that you want to list gems asap but perhaps wait until they are shipped to your office in the USA before listing or arrange shipping from India directly. The stone that is listed is that the actual stone or is it a generic picture? I am rather frustrated as I chose the stone as a centre piece for a necklace I was comissioned to make for a client which was required this monday. as I dont have the stone the order was cancelled so now Im stuck with a stone that I dont need and have a reputation of not being able to fullfill orders.
