HELLO, I DON;T KNOW ALOT ABOUT OPALS HOWEVER,I DID PURCHASE 1 THAT WAS CALLED A DOUBLET AND I DIDN'T LIKE IT SO, I WON'T BUY IF IT SAYS IT'S DOUBLET OR TRIPLET . WHEN I GOT THE DOUBLET IN I DIDN'T LIKE IT I LOOKED IT UP ON THE WEB AND LEARNED THAT THEY ARE GLUED TOGETHER SO, I DIDN'T SELL THAT ONE . THE INFO THAT IS LISTED ON THIS RING IS ALL I HAVE BUT,I INSPECTED THE RING THIS MORNING AND UNDER A 10 X MAG LITE IT APPEARS TO BE SOLID. I WON'T SELL THINGS THAT DON'T FEEL OR LOOK RIGHT. I HOPE THIS ANSWER IS HELPFUL TO YOU.
