THIS STONE WAS MINED IN INDIA AND IT HAS A GOOD PLOISH AND HIGH DOME.THE MINERAL CORUNDUM CONSIST PURE ALUMINIUM OXIDE.TRACE AMOUNT OF OTHER ELEMENTS SUCH AS IRON, TITANIUM AND CHROMIUM GIVE CORUNDUM THIER BLUE, YELLOW, PINK, PURPLE, ORANGE OR GREENISH COLOR.SAPPHIRE INCLUDES ANY GEMSTONE QUALITY VARIETIES OF THE MINERAL CORUNDUM EXCEPT THE FULL SATURATED RED VARIETY, WHICH IS INSTEAD KNOW AS RUBY AND THE PINKISH-RANGE VARIETY KNOW AS PADPARADSCHA.
