"I just had to write and tell you about the 1st stone I ever purchased, and it was from you. 11.26 VVS FAT Pudge Pear Checkerboard Cut green amethyst. I won the auction for $24.30. Any way I loved the stone and recently I took it to my jeweler, along with older rings I don't wear any more and asked to have the stone set for me. I left the design up to the jeweler. The stone is set in 14k gold and very heavy. I requested an appraisal on the ring and this is what was written: 14K yellow gold ring with 11.26 trilliant shaped fancy cut green amethyst. Ring weighs 13.4 grams, is custom crafted for the stone which is set with heavy double prongs. Replacement value for the ring is $1500.00!!!!! I asked her how much she would value the amethyst at and she stated $400 to $500. Thank you again! I have a fantastic ring that only cost me $24.30 plus the wax casting fee and setting fee. All Items must be paid for within 7 days.  Only two Paypal money requests will be made prior to cancelling the item and relisting it.  All non paying customers will be BLOCKED from bidding and could result in their account being cancelled with Gemrock Auctions. Items will only be held for shipping if waiting for other auctions to close in the 7 day combining period.  We are not able to hold items for shipping otherwise.
