       I received the gem today and I must say I am very dissatisfied with this stone, it is highly included and appears to be cracked also, does not appear to be the stone pictured in the auction at all!

I offer both if I have another stone that you like I can send to you or you can just return it for a full refund, sometimes the supplier will send me a picture so I can use, and now I'm starting to take my own pictures just so this type of thing don't happens, but let me know which you prefer.

        I am not sure what happenend, I received a second stone today from you on the same auction, this stone is also completely included and not acceptible. AGAIN i WILL RETURN THIS STONE TO YOU FOR A FULL REFUND, I think this was a shippment made in error, since just yesterday I sent the stone back to you.
