Description
The Gemstone Advisory Panel is a special feature of Gem Rock Auctions that allows any member to request a review of an item by a independant certified gemmologist.
Eligible members* can press the "Request a Gemstone Advisory Pane Review of this Item" on any item page, which appears in the Questions and Comments section.
Once the review is complete, the member who requested the review will receive a site message in their inbox with a link to the item. Additionally the result of the review will be publically visible on the item.
We welcome all members to take advantage of this great feature to have an independant review of any item that they are unsure about.
* To be eligible to request a view the member must:
- not be a seller
- have received at least 12 positive feedbacks
- have requested no more than 3 reviews per day
