APRIL 2006 MY WIFE JOAN AND I HIRED 4 WHEEL DRIVE CAMPER AND TOURED AROUND QUEENSLAND,WE CAMPED OUT MOST NIGHTS IN THE BUSH AS THE WEATHER WAS SO PLEASANT AND MILD..JUST IN SHORTS N T SHIRT N THONGS,SORRY SHOULD NOT GO IN BUSH WITH THONGS ON,BUT HAD WORK BOOTS WITH ME

OUR CAMPER HAD 200 LITRES OF WATER AND 3 FUEL TNAKS OF 70 LITRES EACH SO WE WERE WELL ORGANIZED AND EVEN HAD 2 WAY RADIO

WE STARTED IN BRISBANE QUEENLSLAND AND HEADED OUT BUSH,WE DIDNT HAVE DIGITAL CAMERA BUT WILL NEXT TIME AS THE SCENERY IS UNBELIEVABLE AND THE SUNSETS A DELIGHT EACH EVENING

WE FOUND THIS MICA FELDSPAR SPECIMEN ON WAY TO EMERALD DISTRICT WHICH IS WELL KNOWN FOR SAPPHIRE FOSSICKING,,BUT WE DINT HAVE THE FOSSICKING BUG THAN,BUT WE DO NOW.

THE CORAL PIECE IS AROUND 2 INCHES BY 1 1/2 INCHES AND IS ABOUT 1,000 KILOMETERS INLAND FROM THE SEA BAG 9
