All require payment immediately. It is your responsibility to locate and abide by the conditions of this file.

Our Products are provided "as is" without extensive warranty , either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our website.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.

Payment

Payment must be made within 24 hours by our specified means, maximum of 4 wins per payment. More than 4 items must be payed for individually or as lots of 4.

Please note : Australian buyers MUST pay GST on all purchases

Returns and Warranty

You may exchange if not 100% satisfied with your purchase, however you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your product. All of our items are protected by a 7 day warranty. If your item is defective and within warranty you may contact one of friendly customer service representatives in order to obtain further instructions.

Damage Policy

All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to ensure that they are completely functional, intact and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process - We are not responsible for. If you receive a damaged item, we will not be held accountable unless insured

Insurance

Insurance will be offered on goods at a price compliant with postal services and Sellers offering insurance may only charge the actual fee for insurance. No additional amount may be added, such as “self-insurance”. Sellers who do not use a licensed 3rd party insurance company may not require buyers to purchase insurance. This is a violation of the law.

Exchange products

- No return for change of mind - NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUT IF NOT 100% SATISFIED WE EXCHANGE.

Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be exchanged if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
