Big red cushion cut pyrope.
Checked the RI and it was at 1.75 The stone has a drag reaction to magnet.
Stone under incandescent light shows red but outside natural light has an orange tint.
Stone is well cut and shaped. No abraded edges.
Stone lightly included under 15 power loupe with LED light. Better than eye clean.
Good price on a big stone like this so well cut and clean. Especially with the orange tint. It has a nice clean look to the stone.
