Ceylon Padparadscha Sapphire In IGI Blister. 1.66 Carat with an excellent emerald octagon cut. A beautiful light pinkish yellowish orange colour sapphire typical of fine padparadsha stones. Ceylon in origin and untreated with the perfect shade of pink and orange. A true padparadscha, unlike many others offered that don’t fit these requirements to be a true padparadscha. This stone is totally untreated and unheated which is very rare for sapphires. Confirmed as untreated and Ceylon (Sri Lankan) in origin on IGI report. Fully certified and sealed by IGI in Antwerp. The clarity is also excellent. Very clean stone with only some small natural inclusions visible when looking closely. A beautiful and very rare true padparascha sapphire. Looks even better in person. |
