This stone is just amazing. The color is rich and stunning, and the cut is flawless. This stone comes with the pictured certificate from the GIA. When you scan the QR code on the report it says “Color origin cannot currently be determined.” With Heliodor, both heat and irradiation are possible treatments. Usually, when Heliodor is treated, they take Aquamarine that’s light in color and irradiate it to produce the yellow of Heliodor. Heliodor is in the same family as Aquamarine, the Beryl family, but Heliodor has a higher refractive index than Aquamarine. So you can usually tell if a Heliodor has been turned yellow from a poor quality piece of Aquamarine. It doesn’t seem to be the case here, but since the report won’t confirm that this stone in untreated, I can’t guarantee that it is.
I took pictures of this stone in high magnification against a white background to give you the best idea of color and quality. As a certified gemologist I can verify that the above description is accurate and that this stone/stones have been tested in the gem lab to verify identity and natural origin.

The photos don't do this stone justice. The deep, bright reds are just stunning.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a user is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on that users behalf, incrementally increasing the bid to maintain their position as the highest bidder, up to the specified maximum.
When there is an icon indicating 'Auto Bid,' it means our system is actively placing bids for the user based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if users are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the users maximum limit.
