Lovely deep pinkish red Hydrabadi Garnet beads from Hydrabad in India. They are Israeli cut, which is the most detailed and time consuming of all bead cuts. Gorgeous 3mm beads, hand faceted to perfection. Stunning - why not mix them with our amethyst and prehnite for a really modern look.
Sometimes in the gem industry in India - where we purchased these from - the rough gemstones prior to cutting are enhanced in a high grade molecular process called 'dipping' - which enriches the color. I am pretty certain these have gone through that process. Please note that it is not like mass dying of ready cut beads in large vats, which the Chinese do. It is a far better quality process. We have tested the color on these and the results were very good, but I would still recommend that as a precaution, before using them, purchasers should put the beads in very hot water for a few minutes and then dry them out just in case there is any color bleeding.
All our lines are of a similar cut, dimensions, color and quality. We will select one line at random and send it to you.
Please read our terms and conditions on our profile before bidding. Many thanks.
If you would like the item sent by Airsure fast tracked post please pay the insurance quoted. If the amount exceeds the cost of the postage we will refund that money to you.
