JAVA INDONSEIA
This is a natural unique meteorite that dispalys large impressive olivine crystals with in the iron-nickle matrix.It is believed that is was formed when the molten metal core mixed with silicate magma.The olivine then crystalized from the silicate as it cooled and was forced in to the metal mould where it solidified.
Weight 5.51 cts app
Size 18 x 16 x 2 mm app
As this is hard to polish as the meteorite was rusty some resin has been added to the surface under a vacum.
IT IS SENT IN A BOX TO PROTECT IT
This was found in Jepara Indonseia in 2008.It weighed app 499.5 kgrams
