When I first seen this I thought it was candy and wanted to put it in my mouth. Just my first impulse and it never happend to me before with any gemstone.
This tourmaline has an open C axis meaning when you look down the length of what was once the crystal it does not go dark or change to another color. This stone only changes color in different shadows or different lights. Under fluorescent it stays bright pink red. This stone is not treated in any way so does not brown out like some stones you may have read about or seen.
I have two separate certifications for this same stone one from 02/11/2006 and another from a separate lab on 12/05/17. Both agree there are no indications of heat or color enhancement.
I couldn’t make up my mind which photo’s to delete they all looked so beautiful. What a photogenic stone! It does have some minor inclusions and I’ll try to mention them in the descriptions in the photo’s. It is eye clean looking but when the stone is magnified you can see some tiny specks in the odd place only at the odd angle when they might show. You can see in the photo’s and the video as they are magnified.
It turns like a purple red color somewhat in shaded light. Some of the photo’s will show that neon purple around the edges of the stone is some shots. it glows neon purple pink. Only in evening sun when it’s at a steep angle does it do this. Otherwise it’s more hot pink or red depending on the light. All my photo’s were taken outside in the sun or shade. The video shows the stone inside light which is more red color but still that kashmir like effect. Neon glow.
One report said color was Fuchsia the other said Purplish Pink. Sometimes like in the video it looks pure red.
I upgrade shipping from standard air to priority no additional charge for this stone.

Why are users outbidding themselves?
When a bid is placed, this is the maximum amount a user is willing to bid for the product. Our system will then automatically bid on that users behalf, incrementally increasing the bid to maintain their position as the highest bidder, up to the specified maximum.
When there is an icon indicating 'Auto Bid,' it means our system is actively placing bids for the user based on their maximum bid. This may appear as if users are outbidding themselves, but it's simply a result of the system updating the bid to reflect the users maximum limit.
