This is an old stone that we acquired in 2008. Please see the date on the certificate. It was sealed in the Certificate. We had to take the stone out of the certificate to take pictures. It can be re certified at the lab of your choice.

Therefore, Customers can feel free to ask for authenticity certificate on any gemstone from any of the GemRockAuctions approved gem labs in Bangkok, Thailand. The certificate fee will be charged to the buyer depending on the lab without any mark up on top.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please pay within 3 days of auction closing. Combine As many items as you want during the 3 days period and pay one time for all combined items.

We do not have any control over duties and taxes in the buyers respective country. Therefore, any import duties, other duties and taxes if any are the responsibility of the buyer.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7 day inspection period (on arrival) for all of our gemstones. If you are not satisfied, you may notify us and ship us back the gemstone(s) within the 7 day inspection period, with a proof of shipment. Once received by us, we guarantee a full refund of the price paid for the gemstone(s) (excluding shipping charges). Please note that the buyer is also responsible for return shipping expenses.
