Pictures & Videos show the exact same stone for sale. We do not perform Photoshop on our pictures; Most often, the light sources we use for presentations to you through our photos and videos are outdoor daylight, gemological daylight equivalent lamps and incandescent light sources.

We ship within 2 business days after receiving cleared payments. For worldwide shipping, please note that the estimated delivery in some countries is greater than 12 business days even with Express Service. Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to customs processing.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply after the items have left the United States. Puti cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and  unpredictable shipping interferences.  

Return Policy: Buyers must contact us within 7 days after delivery to request a return. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping label and any insurance involved. If items are not returned in the original condition, we reserve the right to reject the returns. After verifying the gem condition, we will process a full refund minus the already charged Paypal transaction fees within 3 business days, as noted below.

USA Returns: Full refund minus 5% domestic Paypal fee

Non-USA returns: Full refund minus 6.5% international Paypal fee
