Hello and welcome, we are a gem testing lab from Germany and are selling gemstones and opals on behalf of selected customers. All gemstones and opals have been checked of course. Help us to save and recycle gemstones and opal - because they are worth it! Please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions.

We ship national and international. We always advice our clients to ship with insurance. All our packages have a track and trace code. The transit time might be different due to the country is has to be shipped to. If you have any problems please contact the shipping organization first. Of course we will always help you as best we can! Our return policy: If you are not satisfied you can always return the item within 3 working days after receipt. Please let us know if anything is amiss. We are here to help. The shipping costs for a return are for the buyer and not for us. After receipt of the item we will make sure that we got the correct gemstone and/or jewelry back. This make take a few days. After conforming that everything is okay we will get you your money back of course! Customs: If you item has to go through customs you might have to pay a fee. We will not be paying the customs duties.
