Description: This stunning 3.78-carat natural & unheated/untreated ruby from Burma (Myanmar) has a glorious pinkish-red color, with a tone that can be described as vivid and electric. The high level of clarity and radiance will leave you spellbound. The brilliant-cut facets on the crown of the stone's oval shape, coupled with the step-cut facets on the pavilion, create a captivating combination of rosy shades, like the fragrant flower unfurling new petals against old ones.

What is your return policy?
We offer “30-day returns” on all purchases made from our store. After receiving any purchased item, if you would like to return it for any reason, you can send it back for a refund anytime within 30 days from the delivery date.

Who is responsible for the two-way shipping costs?
We provide prepaid FedEx shipping labels for all returns so that the item(s) can be returned by the buyer hassle-free and without incurring any costs. The shipping costs, both ways, are borne by us.

Will I receive a full refund?
We will issue a full refund for PayPal or bank transfer payments without any deductions. However, for credit/debit card payments, the payment processing fees (3.90% of the transaction amount) will be deducted from the refund amount.
