EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: When a gemstone is HEAT TREATED ONLY it means that only heat has been applied and in most instances is considered standard trade practice. Those gems which are not Heat treated demand a minimum premium of 30%. 

When you see gems listed with a treatment of heat, this does not mean heat only. Glass filling, Beryllium treatment, diffusion coating etc are all applied by heat. These other treatments have a huge bearing in the price. It is simply impossible for a reputable dealer to supply a top blue sapphire or ruby for a few dollars. Ask questions and clarify this for your own peace of mind.

Gemstones are photographed under natural daylight with a neutral background. Photos of gemstones are of the original gem for sale. NO STOCK PHOTOS. Photographing gemstones is extremely difficult in duplicating the exact colour and details.

We try to do our utmost to obtain the most precise results. Please be aware that different monitors maybe set to different resolution or colours may show up slightly differently from monitor to monitor.

Where retail price is stated this is calculated according to JATVC (Jewellers Allied Trade Valuers Council) guidelines, as different countries may have other trade practices, this is to be used as a guide only.

COMBINE SHIPPING

Save money on shipping by combining purchases. We do not charge extra for combining items if they are all purchased within the first 7 days of the first purchase. At the time of the first item is purchased, please notify us that you wish to combine shipping.

If multiple purchases are made, they are all shipped at the lowest shipping specified. This includes when one item is specified FREE shipping then all items are shipped FREE.

SHIPPING

We ship to most countries and only to a Pay Pal confirmed address. If you have any doubts please contact us for confirmation prior to bidding.

Our standard shipping is via Registered Post with a tracking number. Registered Post takes longer than regular post. Average delivery time is 14-21 working days.

It is not our business to make money from postage and we always charge the minimum postage charge possible. Please keep in mind that the postage is not the only cost in sending a parcel. There is packaging and time to be factored.

We will send your purchase within 48hours of receipt of confirmed payment, except weekends, public holidays or postal strikes

If you feel that our minimum charge is too expensive you can either, not purchase or request normal postage of $2.50.  WE NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

In the event our item is grossly misrepresented in the description, you are entitled to 100% refund.

If the item arrives damaged, you are entitled to 100% refund.

If you are unsatisfied and wish to return the item you must notify us and return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Once you notify us that you wish to return the item we will send further instructions.

Item must be returned along with all original packaging sent with a tracking number so that you can track that I have received it.

Buyer will pay for return shipping, once item is received and nothing is missing the refund will be made through PayPal only, less shipping (free shipping fee of $6.90 will be deducted from the total refund), and PayPal refund fees.

Many people do not require a reason for returning purchases, nor do we, however it would be greatly appreciated if an honest reason be given no matter what it may be, this is so that we can improve our listings and service.
