I had a bit of an issue with shipping - my fault, not checking that the address on file for me was stale - Gemstar took great care of me. The gem is as lovely as I expected.

Never recieved my item. I tried many times to message the seller regarding a tracking number, but no response. I would like a refund.

Spectacular necklace, amazing quality for the price. We had a mishap with shipping the item but the vendor was accountable, and it was gorgeous when it arrived.
