We only accept Paypal as a means of our transactions, you can register an account at Paypal which will only take a couple of minutes. We ask buyers to make payment/s within 24hours at the end of an Auction, if payment is not received the item will be re-listed. We ship internationally to most countries around the globe, we ask the consumer to read our shipping price tables or contact us if you need further help or information. We will usually ship within 48hours of confirmed payment. We will only ship to the address that’s linked to your Paypal, this way both parties are protected. Our default shipping is Standard Tracked and shipping times displayed on the table are approximate, we do not utilize untracked shipping.

-         Customs For international clients, any fees relating to Customs/Taxes/Duties etc. are accountable to the buyer.

If for any reason you decide to submit a stone for certification services and grading reports feel free to contact us; submitter pays for any fees relating to the certifications of the item. We will also make sure to send you all original documents relating to the certification services. Please note: the certification process will take time so please consider this into shipping/handling E.T.A.
