SOURCING STATEMENT TC Jewels diamonds, gemstones and pearls are ethically sourced directly from small independent mines and gemstone cutters in gem regions around the world. Buying directly from the source guarantees peace of mind, quality and value for my clientele. RETURN POLICY We offer a seven day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, accessories and documentation provided by TC Jewels. Once we receive the item TC Jewels has 2 days to examine the item to make sure it is in the original condition as shipped and then will issue a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If you are returning a stone you are required to take out insurance on the package. AS of October 1, 2019 Paypal will no longer refund the fees charged by their site. If you purchase a stone and return it you will not be refunded the Paypal fee. All refunds will be given back through PayPal, excluding any additional associated fees.
