The following table will help you to determine the approximate number of
days it will take before you receive your order -
Melbourne Metro: 1-2 days
Rural Victoria: 2-3 days
NSW and the ACT: 3-4 business days
The rest of Australia: 4-7 business days
USA and Canada: 10 - 14 business days (Canadian packages are often held by
customs so please allow extra time for this).
Europe - Approximately 10-14 business days (please note - Italian customs
often holds packages for an extremely long time)
South America (e.g. Brazil): approx. 20 business days (the delay is due to
customs checks. It has been our experience that in countries such as Brazil,
customs can hold packages for up to 2 months).
Eastern Europe: approx 10-14 business days (subject to customs checks) - which
once again can slow your delivery time considerably.
Can I return my item for any reason?
Yes, in the unlikely event that you wish to return your item you have 14 days to notify us.
We do not receive returns after that period expires.
All returns are subject to inspection that we can ensure that they are in the same condition as originally dispatched.
For all purchases buy-it-now there is a money back policy,
whilst for all Auctions with multiple bidders we can only offer exchanges on that purchase thank you, unless the item is not as stated in the listing. We can put through second-chance offers to the folk who bid before you, at your request, on your behalf.

Can I request insurance for my item?
Yes, we welcome it. Regular posting within Australia and via Airmail does not supply tracking or insurance. Please do contact us if you would like to purchase either registration or insurance for your consignment and we will arrange it. We realize that this does add to the cost of the item in general and this is why we leave it to the customer to decide which service they prefer.
