1:1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.
All items are available for inquiries prior to bidding.
1:2 We will not accept any cancellations of sales by buyer due to change of mind after winning. Buyer need to responsible to all purchase by own bidding account.
1:3 Buyers RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES AS WELL AS RETURN SHIPPING. Buyer will be charge for SECOND SHIP charge on exchange item. 

2: SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2:1 WE ONLY USING DHL COURIER SERVICE. All shipping by DHL Courier is more secure and reliable because all items sold mainly gemstone and jewelry category.
2:2  PARCEL LOST: We will only refund accordingly to DHL compensation paid. Will provide proof letter from DHL regarding amount of compensation. 
2:3 Buyer pays the responsible to track and trace parcel by own responsibility. Will provide tracking number at both Paypal and website once item was shipped. 
2:4 Buyer need to responsible for own country Custom Tax if applicable. ESPECIALLY EUROPE BUYERS, PLEASE BEWARE OF YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR COUNTRY VAT FOR IMPORT. 
2:5 We do not responsible on parcel delayed due to randomly pick by custom for checking.

3:1 Buyer pay only single shipping fee and free to combine additional item with no extra charges for same day auction.
