Alexandrite is a phenomena gem. It displays the phenomena called colour change. Most of the time under daylight it is green in colour. When placed under incandescent light  it changes to a reddish, purplish, brownish color.

We ship within 2 days after receiving cleared payments. For worldwide shipping, please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, estimated delivery in some countries is greater than 9 business days even with Express Service.

Customs and import taxes:

Returns Policy:

Buyers must contact us within 7 days after delivery if requesting a return. The buyer is also responsible for all the return shipping costs. If items are not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the returns.
