1) SHIPPING AND HANDLING:-
We mostly use USPS for shipping within united states. Fedex, usps, ups, dhl will be used for shipping outside united states.
Customer will pay any customs fees that are incurred from inbound packages. Consult your local customs laws for duties, regulations, and restrictions.
2) REFUND/RETURN POLICY:-
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 7 days once we have been notified of any problems. Items will only be exchanged/refund if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
Once we receive the item we will need 2 business days to examine the item to make sure it is in the original condition as shipped and then will issue a refund (minus shipping cost), or will send you an other piece as a exchange what ever you decided. Refund will be made through original payment method. Direct deposit payments will refunded through company check.
Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, accessories and documentation provided with item. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
