1. Paypal is the only payment method we accept.  2.  Pay $15.95 for one item and get up to 10 sent for free, as long as all items can be shipped together and are purchased together.  3. We recommend all buyers purchase the $4 insured post option at checkout.  You will then be sent a tracking number for your item.  Please note postage costs from the UK are very high and we make not profit on this.  Costs can be checked at www.Royalmail.co.uk.  4. The highest postage amount will be paid and cover postage for all items purchased. Our standard shipping rate is $14.95, this is unless a special price has been specified for tracked post for more pricey items.  5. If you require a courier service please contact us. 6. Goods may be returned in the same condition they were shipped in within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer pays return postage unless the error is on our part and we will of course refund you.  We reserve the right to charge the non refundable 5%  paypal fee.  7.  You need to purchase insurance at $4 for shipments to Italy, Eastern Europe including Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, South Africa or any country in the African continent, India, China or Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam or Indo-China in general. South America or Mexico or Any Middle Eastern State.  This is because too many items have gone missing to these destinations.  We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if you do not want to pay for the upgrade or if an error has been made on our part in the transaction making it impossible to sell e.g. on an incorrect description or price. (Please note this is rare!) 8. Please contact us immediately with any queries on products or services. We want all our customers to be delighted! 9.  If we have included free tracked shipping in the price of an item and you decide to return that item, and there is no fault on our part - we will deduct the cost of the shipping at the time of refund.  The standard cost of tracked post is $15.95 standard shipping plus $4 insurance. So $15.95 will be deducted plus any insurance paid.  10. Please note - if you wish to return an item please inform us prior to doing so, so that we can give you precise instructions on how to send it.  All items must be returned by a 'signed for' service.  We will not sign for parcels we are not expecting and they will be returned to you by the post office.  Prior to signing for a parcel we will open it to check the contents are acceptable to a refund or exchange.  This is for reasons of Mail fraud.

Please note: due the non refundable transaction costs charged by paypal, we reserve the right to charge the customer the paypal fees if they make a purchase and change their mind prior to shipment or the items are returned and there is nothing wrong with them but the customer has changed their mind.  Please note we will only use this term in exceptional circumstances. 

Return Details
All items must me marked clearly RETURNED ITEM both written in very large writing on the the parcel and ticked in the product details on the customs form.  If this is not done and we incur import duty we reserve the right to deduct it from your refund amount.

All our gems are fully traceable.  We know the country they come from and the specific mine.  Our diamonds are all sourced from Botswana from the Jwaneng mine.  The largest diamond mine in the world.  Botswana upholds extremely high mining standards; No diamonds are conflict diamonds or blood diamonds.  We cut these diamond in our own family run factory in Surat, India and there is no child labour. The staff are paid well and the conditions are good and the staff are well trained and looked after and are content and happy.  We are cautious to use the word ‘ethical’ for gems or diamonds as in our experience ‘ethical’ means different things to different people. ETHICAL IS A SEVERELY ABUSED TERM.

WARNING:  IF A DIAMOND LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT IS PROBABLY BECAUSE IT IS!  If it is too cheap it can’t be real.
*OUR DIAMONDS are genuine natural diamonds and WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN TREATED WE WILL INFORM YOU. 
*MANY SELLERS ARE SELLING COATED diamonds - these have been coated with chemicals to improve the quality of poor rough and make them look shiny; we can easily spot them.
*SOME ARE GLASS FILLED DIAMONDS -with very little diamond in them.  They will all pass tests with amateur diamond testing equipment because they contain some diamond.  Please be warned.  They are charging far less that the real thing would cost to purchase on the wholesale market.
