Mail delivery time for the USA customers 7 to 10 business days and $8 by USPS first class mail. For International Delivery - Registered Air Mail within 10- 20 business days. $8.00 (Flat cost for all buyers). We will not be responsible for the merchandise lost in the mail unless you have Shipping Insurance. DHL Delivery will be effective within 2 - 5 business days depending on the area you live in. DHL will not ship to P.O. Box Address. $30.00 USD for the United States.

Next, simply take the product, in its original packaging and send it back to us.
