Brought this to lab for certification. It is a blue spinel, but cobalt content insufficient to be classified as cobalt spinel. Would not have paid as much for it had I known. Though it is still a nice stone so giving positive rating.

Gem came but there is weird red inclusion on the back that wasn't motioned and is hidden in the pictures and videos. I haven't got it tested yet.
