The import of loose gemstones and diamonds into the US is duty-free. So, no customs duty, import tax, or VAT will be applicable when importing into the US.

Returns

We offer “30-day returns” on all purchases made from our store. After receiving any purchased item, if you would like to return it for any reason, you can send it back for a refund anytime within 30 days from the delivery date.

✦ Who is responsible for the two-way shipping costs?
We provide prepaid FedEx shipping labels for all returns so that the item(s) can be returned by the buyer hassle-free and without incurring any costs. The shipping costs, both ways, are borne by us.

✦ Will I receive a full refund?
For PayPal or bank transfer payments, we will issue a full refund without any deductions. For Escrow.com or credit/debit card payments, the payment processing fees incurred by us will be deducted from the refund as per actuals (typically ranging between 2.90% to 4.90% of the payment amount).
