Wonderful example of well formed dark Grossular Garnet crystals on matrix. The Garnet crystals are opaque and have well-defined faces and edges. The locality is hardly known to the mineral world and hardly any of this material is available on the market which makes it a rare specimen. A wonderful example of Grossular from northern Greece. Will be an impressive addition to any rock and mineral collection. Good garnet specimen from this locality!
