Treatment: *This Sapphire has been subjected to a high temperature treatment.
Notes: Although this is a Ruby like colour, the method of high temperature (suggests Beryllium Diffusion) means it probably started out as a different, more Sapphire like, colour.
Beryllium diffusion is a permanent treatment.
