Kenyan tsavorite. 3.15 ct stone. Beautifully cut for full reflection and no window. Has great reflection in the full face of the stone. Stone is eye clean but visible inclusions present inside at 10 x magnification.
These are natural untreated stones. Garnet is rated good for everyday wear. It has a hardness of 7.5 and you should clean with a soft toothbrush and soapy water. Ultrasonic units are OK for garnets.
Kenya, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, India, Afghanistan and Brazil are all known sources for Tsavorite. Kenyan sources being the most favored.
