This includes a refractometer, Chelsea Filter, polariscope, 30 times magnification loupe and high quality microscope and digital measuring devices.  Our equipment is manufactured in Switzerland and Germany to the highest specification.

ALL TREATMENTS ARE STATED Many gem sellers don’t understand gem treatments or maybe know about them but do not disclose them.   This is not acceptable.  ShangrilaGems give clear indications of all treatments to our customers.

HONEST PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ShangrilaGems make huge investments in photographic and video equipment and spend a large amount of time to obtain the most realistic shots of our items. Our photos and videos are not enhanced in any way; dust spots aren’t even removed.  We will take photos of the items on different backgrounds to give you a true idea of what you are buying.

RETURNS Not happy with your item?  You have 14 days from delivery to return the item to us.
