This is a striking, well-defined sapphire crystal embedded in white feldspar matrix, straight from the Eye of Odin deposit in Revelstoke, British Columbia. mined THIS JUNE by yours truly. The material is exceptionally rare, exclusively sourced by the mine owner and team.
This particular crystal displays:
Beautiful hexagonal prism structure
Deep blue to blue-gray coloration with natural striations
Mohs 9 hardness – Ideal for collectors or future lapidary work
Unheated, untreated, straight from the ground
The specimen is 100% natural and has only been lightly cleaned to preserve its authentic structure.
