They are unheated and untreated sapphires from the ROCK CREEK MINE IN MONTANA USA.
The color is medium to light blue with turquoise and teal hints

Many Asian sellers will sell a gemstone stating categorically that it is unheated - however not disclosing that it is in fact lead glass filled, diffusion treated or synthetic, because they know many buyers only know about heat treatment of gemstones and not about other treatments.
